A while back did this programme sesh with my mate Mark.

He was my personal trainer and on the side used work the doors at a couple of bars in Bromley.

He wanted a few skills to protect himself. Fast.

He ain’t never done anything before so we started right from the beginning.

Spent a few weeks training him in how to:

Generate true explosive power with simple body mechanics.

Use open handed slaps to keep on the right side of the law.

Fight and defend within restriction of clothing and mobility in a close quarter environments.

Train your mind in personal security to see trouble before to starts.

Acquire and build an athletic combat base to move faster and hit harder.

We were supposed to follow it up with a couple more sesh's.

Life as it is does got in the way.

Anyways a couple a weeks after we'd done out sesh together he had little incident.

Some random little guy threatened him with a knife outside the club doors.

Before he could take out his knife Mark’s training kicked in and he launched a big swinging left slap to his jaw.

Spinning his jaw and sending his soul into the netherealm.

And he cos he’s a nice guy he put the guy in a recovery position for the ambulance and police.

But when the police come he said "I just slapped the guy because he threatened him with a weapon."

Which was clear as a through pass from Xavi in prime Barcelona on CCTV.

No charges pressed. And other guy got taken away.

Now I'll admit that's an exceptional case.

Most people it takes a bit longer to get a skillset in.

But it shows it is possible to get a self defence skillset in a short frame of time.

Here's what's inside the 6 week intensive course:

  • One self defence move to rule them all. If you've ever wondered how do I defend myself quickly or how long will it take me to defend myself. This is this shortcut. By acquiring this skillset you'll give yourself a massive advantage quickly. It's very very rare and these were exceptional circumstances but I've had clients use it with a week of training.
  • One area of the body to target that causes massive damage and leaves no facial damage. It's so effective a small 15 year girl old once caught a bigger 210lb 6ft 2 guy by accident in this area when he accidentally dropped the training pads. The guy started to hyperventilate and he had to be sent straight to A and E. Its extremely powerful. Not taught in many martial arts, Krav Maga or self defence classes. Best of all it leaves no facial damage so you're less likely to get into trouble with the law.
  • 2 kicks that are easy to learn and require no strength when applied with the right technique. 1 of the kicks was used by recently by a client who fought his way out of a mugging outside London Bridge tube station.
  • How to manipulate 2 weak points in the leg to initiate a devastating takedown against a bigger and stronger guy.
  • How to defend against wild swinging punches usually seen outside kebab shops at 3:69 am.
  • How to defend small annoying pushes to the chest.
  • How to control the flight, fight and freeze response of the adrenaline dump. Fight your natural bodies response of the adrenaline dump by utilising simple breathing exercises.
  • How to use an combination pads and explosive body weight exercises to get yourself fit, fast, lean and combat fit.

  • Keeps you away the from guy spitting or biting you. As the A and E said to me “I’d rather the guys punches me. It he bit me you don’t know what he’s got. Could have AIDS you know.”
  • Works against a much bigger stronger guy restricting the 1 major weak point in the human anatomy.
  • Restricts access to any weapons he might have by immobilising the arms. So ain’t getting cheffed up like a donor kebab.
  • Positions the guys in a recovery position so you can keep him safe until help arrives. And he’s not out here swallowing his tongue and all that madness.
  • And this something thats been taught to police officers and I’ve personally taught to bouncers.

Warning.

This programme will not make you an martial expert like Batman.

But it will give you the bare bones skillset to defend yourself when faced with an unavoidable, extremely violent and confrontational situation.

For obvious reasons this programme contains themes of how to with situations of extreme violence and is not suitable for anyone under the age of 18.
